Equity on the Road 2024
This past April we took Equity on the Mall to the road and traveled to three cities across California.
SJVHF worked alongside community partners, elected officials and funders to host three (3) Equity on the Road Town Halls in the communities of Bakersfield, Madera and Stockton. The Town Halls rose for EQUITY across all San Joaquin Valley communities (rural, urban, and unincorporated) by uplifting local leaders’ efforts within the issues of Immigration, Health, Housing, Education, Environmental Justice, Land Use and Planning, and Digital Divide—the SJVHF IHHEEL Policy Platform.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Equity on the Mall!
The San Joaquin Valley Health Fund, The Center at Sierra Health Foundation, community partners and elected officials gathered for this annual event to highlight the community-driven agenda for the San Joaquin Valley. Together, we created a space for community leaders, nonprofit leaders and elected representatives to come together and talk about what matters to Valley residents. See the agenda below.
