The organization delivered 103 sessions, circles and capacity-building workshops rooted in healing justice, somatic practice, expressive arts, cultural ritual, storytelling and transformative justice.

Healing Together approaches hate prevention by addressing fear, isolation, inherited trauma, disconnection and dehumanization. Its work helps people reconnect with their bodies, cultures, ancestors and one another, building the inner and collective capacity to heal cycles of violence and harm.

One powerful offering was a healing circle with Bay Area educators centered on the four directions and four elements. Participants moved through fire, water, earth and wind as portals for reflection and collective care, honoring ancestral practices, naming wisdom from wounds, offering care practices and releasing hopes for future generations. For Healing Together, this is what prevention looks like: creating conditions where people feel seen, held, resourced and connected to their own humanity and the humanity of others.
